Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders in a prompt and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a well-stocked bar by restocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders as needed
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and upsell additional food and beverage items
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a cash register and processing payments
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area during busy periods
- Assist with banquet or catering events as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and operating a cash register
- Strong understanding of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with banquet or catering operations is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food handling regulations is preferred
- Sales skills to promote additional food and beverage items
- Must be at least 21 years old

Busy Everett bar has a rare opening and seeks new bartender to add to our team! The shifts are needed are Friday and Saturday night with the opportunity to put your foot in the door and gain more hours in the future.

Requirements

Must have at least 3 years bartending experience

Pulltab experience

Cooking experience

Current MAST and Food Handlers

Reliable Transportation

Have a positive and upbeat attitude

Works well with others under pressure and have excellent communication skills
